PMH: s/p AVR (23mm Magna 3000) and TVr (TV ring 28mm) 4/2007, S/P ViV TAVR (23 Sapien-3) 3/2016, CAD S/P LAD PCI (3/31/2026), HTn, Hyperlipidemia Recent TEE: Severe bioprosthetic AS (PG/MG/PV/AVA: 36/22/23/0.8) with restricted leaflet motion, no PVL, normal surgical MVr, mild PHTn, LVEF 43% Medications: Clopidogrel, Apixaban, Rosuvastatin, Metoprolol XL, Sacubitril-Valsartan, Spironolactone

Labs: Hgb 11.9, PLT 111K, Cr 0.72, INR 1.4
