Intervene on Right AT CTO in View of Critical limb Ischemia – March 2015

53 year old male, ex-smoker with known PAD, recent Left AT angioplasty for left LE CLI, HTN, Hyperlipidemia and DM presents with right LE resting pain and early gangrenous changes of his right big toe. Known to have right AT CTO. Plan to intervene on the right AT CTO in view of his critical limb ischemia.

US-Doppler revealed blunted waveform over the left iliac artery. CT-angiogram revealed total occlusion of the left common iliac artery with reconstitution in the external iliac artery.
